Dr. Rosenfeld provides forensic evaluations primarily in the civil arena. He has extensive experience conducting independent psychological examinations, peer reviews, file reviews, and expert witness testimony. Independent examinations are provided in no-fault, liability, disability, and workers compensation cases. Offices are conveniently located throughout the New York City area (i.e., Brooklyn, Queens, and Bronx), as well as Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Dr. Rosenfeld has been qualified as an expert psychological witness in the Civil County Courts of Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Manhattan, and Bronx, as well as the Queens Family Court. He is also available to give educational presentations to attorneys, insurance adjustors, etc. on psychological assessment and treatment. Issues covered in the past have included: psychological testing, psychological treatment (i.e. biofeedback), and psychological diagnosis, including the DSM-IV classification system.
