Dr. Rosenfeld has extensive experience conducting comprehensive neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations with children and adolescents. He is presently a consultant to the Special Education Division of Western Suffolk B.O.C.E.S., as well as the New York State V.E.S.I.D. Program. Dr. Rosenfeld has been qualified as an expert psychological witness in the Queens Family Court, as well as the Civil Courts of Kings, Queens, New York, Bronx, and Richmond Counties. He has extensive experience conducting Independent psychological evaluations and peer reviews.
